Used & Recycled Pallets in New Jersey
Compare used-pallet options for your shipping and warehouse needs. Send your size, quantity, delivery ZIP and required date for a quote.
Choose by Specification and Condition
Used pallets can be a practical choice when their dimensions, condition and construction match the job. Specify your required size, load, handling equipment and any customer requirements. Do not rely on size or a grade name alone to determine suitability.
Ask what repairs are permitted, how the grade is defined and whether representative photos or a sample are available. Confirm these details in the order specification.
For a 48 x 40 request, include whether you need a particular entry configuration, board spacing or repair standard. If you also have excess pallets, see our pallet removal service.
Match Pallets to Your Operation
Shipping and Storage
Tell us whether your pallets will be used for transport, floor stacking, conveyors or racking. Different handling conditions require different specifications. Provide the load weight and how it is distributed.
Condition and Repairs
Agree on acceptable repairs, board condition and cleanliness before delivery. A pallet described as used or recycled is not automatically suitable for every application. Share any food, pharmaceutical or customer-specific restrictions at the quote stage.
Plan Your Used-Pallet Order
Include the number of pallets needed now, the delivery ZIP and receiving hours. For recurring supply, add typical usage and preferred delivery frequency. Availability and delivery dates are confirmed with the quote.
When to Consider New Pallets
If used stock cannot meet your required construction or consistency, compare new pallets. Provide a drawing or written specification when dimensions or load requirements are unusual.
Reconditioned Options
Ask whether the quoted pallets are reconditioned and what inspection and repair criteria apply. Confirm the specification rather than assuming that all suppliers use grade labels in the same way.
Compare Delivered Costs
Compare quotes for the same size, grade and quantity. Include delivery charges and any loading or access requirements in the comparison. A lower unit price may not mean a lower delivered cost.
Pallet Removal
Have surplus pallets? Request a haul-off assessment with photos, counts and your pickup ZIP. Acceptance and any fee or credit must be confirmed before scheduling.
Receiving Your Delivery
Confirm the appointment, vehicle access and unloading responsibilities before dispatch. Check the delivered quantity and agreed condition, and report any discrepancy promptly.

Are Used Pallets Right for You?
Compare used and new options against the same operating requirements. Used pallets may reduce purchase cost and extend the use of existing material, but the right choice depends on condition, specification, availability and your customer’s rules.
Ask About Available Sizes
Tell us the exact dimensions rather than requesting a general small or large pallet. For mixed sizes, list each size and quantity separately so availability and pricing can be assessed accurately.
Request a Used-Pallet Quote
